✯Release Review w/Giveaway✯Extra Innings(An Infield Novel #2)by Michelle Lynn

Extra Innings by Michelle Lynn
An Infield Novel
Genre: Standalone New Adult Romance
Release Date: April 10, 2017

Synopsis
I’m the crazy fun one. Pedal to the floor, balls to the wall, party all weekend guy. The guy everybody calls for laughs and a good time. And I always deliver.   So, when Ainsley Winslow and I made a pact for a summer fling, I was all in. What hot-blooded college male doesn’t jump at the chance for a no strings attached relationship?  Not this one.   Then summer drew to a close, and I found myself wanting time to move slower. Ainsley Winslow is a girl of her word. When fall inevitably came, she vanished.   She no longer answered my calls, my texts or my knocks on her door. After the silence continued, I questioned what I was doing and who had I become. I am Braxton Brentwood…this isn’t me. Time to move on and get the party started again. And I did.   Until our paths crossed again, and I remembered what we had. She wasn’t getting away a second time because our game just went into Extra Innings.

✯5 Grand Slam Stars!!!

I have been in love with Michelle Lynn's writing for so long now. When I read Rounding Third I fell for Crosby and the rest of the guys. I want Michelle to write a story for every player on his team. I got excited when I saw Crosby and Ella's best friend Braxton was on deck.

Braxton Brentwood was a natural at playing baseball. It's his life. Like his 2 best friends he is dealing with the loss of his friends. Braxton keeps women at an arms length. He's in his last year of college. His goal is to play professional ball. During the summer he has a fling. It was only for the summertime. But, when the summer left so did Ainsley without looking back. Braxton has never felt those feelings before. But, when Ainsley is brought back into his life Braxton won't take no for an answer. But, when his opportunity to play professional  comes up he has a huge decision to make. Take the deal Bc it might not come again. Take dad advice and finish school. Either way he needs Ainsley and never loose her again.

Ainsley Winslow hasn't had things easy herself.   Her brother Cade is her responsibility. Ainsley has had her heart ripped out and broken. She has sworn off baseball players. But, during the summer she figured she deserved  a few weeks of fun. Once it was over Ainsley went back to work. She was going to become a Dr and not have anything or anyone get in her way. But, Braxton walks back into her life and won't take no for an answer. Ainsley finds it harder and harder to say no and mean it.

I read this in 2 sittings. I absolutely loved Braxton and Ainsley. Even though Braxton came off as one thing in the beginning. But, he proved me wrong. And, Ainsley was no push over. I loved how she stood her ground and had her priorities in order.

It has been awhile since I read Rounding Third and my memory is horrible. But, that didn't matter. I wasn't lost at all. Crosby and Braxton are fantastic. Michelle better be plotting the next guy from this team and fast. Another grand slam from Michelle.

About the Author
Michelle moved around the Midwest most of her life, transferring from school to school before settling down in the outskirts of Chicago ten years ago, where she now resides with her husband and two kids.  She developed a love of reading at a young age, which helped lay the foundation for her passion to write.   With the encouragement of her family, she finally sat down and wrote one of the many stories that have been floating around in her head. When she isn’t reading or writing, she can be found playing with her kids, talking to her mom on the phone, or hanging out with her family and friends.  But after chasing around two kindergarteners all day, she always cherishes her relaxation time after putting the kids to bed.
