✯Release Review✯When Angels Seek Chaos (DePalma Family #1)by Addison Jane

Title: When Angels Seek Chaos
Author: Addison Jane
Genre: Romantic Suspense/Mafia Romance
 Release Date: August 16, 2017

Blurb

Angelo Moretti was a man I should have stayed far away from.
When my world was torn apart before my eyes, and I was left vulnerable and damaged, he was sent to protect me.
He was hard.
He was patronizing.
And he was the most beautiful man I’d ever met.
Every bone in my body told me to hate him, to despise everything he stood for.
But I couldn’t.
Angelo lit a fire inside me I’d spent my entire life smothering with obedience and fear. He pushed me further than I’d ever been before, and when I was right on the edge, he dared me to jump.
He offered me redemption and the chance to hurt those who’d wronged me. In order to get that though, I had to take a leap into his world, the deadly mafia empire the DePalma family had created, one filled with drugs, guns, and blood.
I found him in the darkness, but it was there that I may just lose myself.

✯5 Angelo Bright Stars!!!

Addison Jane continues to blow me away.  Every book that I read of hers I fall a little bit harder. This might be the first book in her new series. But, Anthony DePalma has been around in Addison's world for awhile now and I'm glad she's giving Anthony and his family a series of their own.

Angelo's life didn't start off good. He was looking at a life of pain and nothing you'd ever want. Then, Anthony DePalma walked into his life and gave him a choice. Anthony took Angelo into his family and took him under his wing. Angelo owed his life to Anthony. He learned everything from him and he'd do anything he wanted him to do. No questions asked.

Emerson lived to dance and she was great at it. Too bad her parents didn't see the love she had for it. Emerson did what her parents told her to do.

When Emerson's sister was brutally attacked and left to die in her arms her life changed. She grew up as Emerson Rossi. Her sister was her best friend and the only person who supported her the most. That was hard enough for Emerson to deal with. Then Angelo showed up.

Emerson learns her last name isn't Rossi, but its DePalma and her Uncle Anthony is mob boss royalty. She learns the history and why her sister was attacked and that its not over. Her uncle informs her Angelo will not be leaving her side until the threat against their family is gone. No questions or exceptions allowed.

Yes, this is as good as it sounds. I don't want to give anymore away. Just know this isn't a black and white story. It's got color in it and just when you've thought you are done connecting the dots don't. Because, just as I was hoping I knew who book 2 of this series was going to be about there was a WTF thrown in. Then, the epilogue left me with a huge "OMG NO WTF!!" Addison definitely started this families series with a bang and I'm excited to see whats next for them
